Roles and Responsibilities of Scrum Team
Scrum includes a group of people, called Scrum team:
Product Owner
- Define the features of the product.
- Prioritize features according to market value.
- Adjust features and priority every iteration, as needed.
- Accept or Reject work results.
Scrum Master
- The main role is facilitating and driving the agile process.
- Scrum Master is a specific role who knows agile process.
- Scrum Master is not from developer & QA team and not from management.
Developers
Developers develops the software.
QA
QA team test the software.
